The purpose of the New Jersey Association of Twins' Mothers Clubs, Inc. is to broaden the understanding of those aspects of child development and rearing which relate especially to multiples through the interchange of information among parents, educators, doctors, and others having direct interest and appropriate experience.

The purpose of the NYSOMOTC is to join together educationally and further facilitate research through member clubs throughout the State of New York, for the purpose of exchanging information pertaining to the rearing, development and encouragement of individuality of multiple birth children, as may be forthcoming from parents, doctors, educators or other appropriate sources.

The objectives of the North Carolina Mothers of Multiples organization include to share procedures, ideas, and educational information; encourage membership in the National Organization for Mothers of Twins, Inc.; assist in forming new clubs; and co-operate with medical and educational researchers.

The purpose of this organization is to unite all Mothers of Twins Clubs in Northern California in a central organization; to assist in forming new clubs and offer assistance to established clubs through sharing of procedures, ideas and educational information; and to participate in research.

The Northwest Association of Mothers of Twins Clubs Inc. (NWAMOTC) was formed in 1963 to create an alliance between mother of multiples clubs in the Northwestern U.S. and Canada, enabling them to share ideas and information about multiple-birth children on a larger scale. Over the years, the Northwest Association has stimulated the foundation of many area clubs, and now includes 38 clubs with more than 1,250 members.

The Ohio Federation of Mothers of Twins Clubs, Inc. (OFMOTC) was founded in 1949 as a support group for parents of twins, triplets and more. OFMOTC supports members and promotes twins/multiple births. OFMOTC is proud of its involvement at the local, state and national levels for the continued benefit of its members.

OMOMs joins together the parents in Oklahoma who have been blessed with twins, triplets, quadruplets, and other higher-order multiples. The purpose of OMOMs is to provide education pertaining to the development of multiple birth children, cooperation with medical and educational professions engaged in multiple birth research, friendship, recreation for the families, garage sales, and philanthropic activities.

The POMOTC is stronger than ever with approximately 40 clubs and over 1,500 members in the state of Pennsylvania serving families with twins, triplets and other higher-order multiples.

The purpose of SCMOTC, Inc. is to unite Mothers of Twins Clubs in Southern California to share procedures, ideas, and educational information and to encourage membership in the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs, Inc. Texas Mothers of Multiples is a state organization of local clubs for the parents of multiple-birth children.
